Marie supports the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation

A charity Marie Di Somma supports is the New Zealand Gynaecological Cancer Foundation (formerly, Silver Ribbon Foundation)

The foundation was formed in memory of Leonie Coates, a fellow colleague and good friend.

The foundation's mission is to educate our community to raise awareness about all gynaecological cancers and support those affected.  In New Zealand, one woman dies every day from a gynaecological cancer. Early detection saves lives.
