I joined the Beckenham office of Harcourts in February 1991, and apart from ten months at another Company (Sherris Realty), I have remained loyal and committed to this office. In return, I receive excellent support, back-up and assistance from a very dedicated Franchise Owners, Sales Management Team of Tekla and Bill Kridle, and Nick Hallpike.
I have the overall experience of many a changing Real Estate market in the Canterbury area, and have continued to survive and thrive successfully in this industry.
My longevity in the Real Estate industry is a rarity, and also testament to my hard earned reputation, local knowledge and expertise, together with a well recognized profile in the southern suburbs of Christchurch. I have successfully listed and sold countless properties in varying price brackets in and around Christchurch, with the majority being in our local franchise area, including the hill suburbs of Cashmere and Huntsbury.
I have been the recipient of many local office, regional and national awards over the years. I consistently feature in the office Top 10, and wear with pride being the recipient of the Management Client Service Award every year since its inception in 2002.
I currently hold Diamond status with $50,000,000 in sales.
